1. Pop 1 Evive smoothie wheel (8 cubes)

2. Add 250 ml water (1 cup)

3. Blend!

1. Pop 1 Evive smoothie wheel (8 cubes) into a masson jar

2. Add 250 ml water (1 cup)

3. Let it melt for 20 minutes and shake!

Try one of our tips to make the perfect smoothie for YOU.

I want a creamier texture

Option 1: Replace water with oat milk.

Option 2: Add 1/2 frozen banana

Option 3: Add 1/2 avocado

Psst! Don't forget to use 8 Evive cubes (1 wheel) and not to use too much liquid (7 oz).

I want to increase my protein intake

Option 1: Add 1 scoop of plant-based protein

Option 2: Add 1 tablespoon of nut butter

Option 3: Use a protein-rich plant-based beverage instead of water

I want to make a smoothie bowl

- Add 1/2 cup of frozen fruits (mango, banana, avocado)

- Use only 200 ml of liquid

- Pulse before blending (the mixture will be thicker)

I want a sweeter taste

Option 1: Use real fruit juice instead of water.

Option 2: Add 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes

Option 3: Opt for vanilla oat milk instead of unflavoured milk
