3. Use, display, or manipulate Evive intellectual property (logos, trademarks, and graphics) in any way, except to identify yourself as a Evive user, or referrer.
4. Create or register any (i) businesses, (ii) URLs, (iii) domain names, (iv) software application names or titles, or (v) social media handles or profiles that include the word “Evive” or any other trademarks and words that are confusingly similar.
5. Use automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute, post, or otherwise share your referral link.
6. Use scripts or programmed or automatic dialers to send invites or otherwise share your referral link.
7. Make misleading claims about Evive or make any false or misleading statements to get a referee/invitee to use your link
8. Use your referral link in any manner that violates the law or the rights of anyone else.

Evive reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrers or referee’s ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason.

Here are the reasons why you may not have been credited the reward:

• Rewards are only given for the first purchase. Subsequent purchases by the same person (through your link) will not yield a reward.
• Your friend made a first order using your referral link but canceled it, meaning it’s no longer eligible for a referral reward. 
• Your friend did not click your referral link before making a purchase. If your referral link is not clicked, no referral can be attributed to you.
• Your friend clicked someone else’s referral link before clicking your referral link to make a purchase. The referral is attributed to the 1st referral link clicked before a purchase is made.
